- Commissioner is expected to give proper credit in case of posting on social media!- I cannot promise that your commission will be finished in a short amount of time, but I work as fast as I can.- if wanting a refund, you can only ask if you didnt get a sketch of your commission or havent gotten any updates, if you already have gotten a sketch you cant ask for one as its means that your commissions is still being worked on- I will be sending you a process sketch by default for your approval, unless asked otherwise. Any problems that you see need to be addressed in this stage. If you don’t ask for changes then you may be asked to pay a fee for changes later on!- Do not redistribute, reproduce, or otherwise use any part of the image for personal profit (i.e. selling it in any form whether digitally or physically) - with the exception of work specifically commissioned, and with previous consent, for commercial use!- Reposting is allowed as long as it is not used for commercial use and the rightful credit is given.
I have the right to use and sell any of my artwork as prints or promotion.- Let me know if you want your commission kept private, otherwise I might publish it on any of my social media (Twitter, bluesky, toyhouse, etc)
These terms of service are subject to modifications.- Commissioner may use the artwork as a wallpaper/header/avatar etc. given proper credit- i will never accept commissions from trump supporter/Pedo/Zoo/or anyone on my blacklist- Please dont feed any of my art work to Ai, if i find out you have done so i will put you on my blacklists
- You’ll be required to send payment upfront before any work is done
Prices and payment plan CAN be negotiated but work will not be started until the full balance is paid off.
- please do not rush me when im working on your commission- Keep in mind that i do take long on working on commissions as i am a teacher and have Medical stuff that i have to deal with, So please Be patient with me!- If i owe someone a commission please contact me immediately!, i sadly have bad memories so i may forget some of the commissions i owe people!!
Blacklisted individuals are barred from purchasing commissions, adopts, bases, and any other work I do. They are barred from resales of designs as well. Circumventing of this blacklisting gives me the right to take any legal action to protect my work. Anyone caught knowingly assisting a blacklisted user to circumvent the ban will also be blacklisted
